Before proceeding, please confirm that you understand and agree to these terms:
- Full Payouts: Boxes must have an expiration date of 7/24 or later, be sealed, and in excellent condition.
- Partial Payouts: Boxes that expire 7/24 or later and have any type of acceptable damage will qualify for a 50% payout. (see "What do we consider acceptable damage" in damage guidelines)
- Partial Payouts: Boxes that carry an expiration date of 4/24 - 6/24 and/or have acceptable damage will also qualify for a 50% payout. (see "What do we consider acceptable damage" in damage guidelines)
Expiration Dates: I understand that these expiration dates will change at the beginning of each month, and agree that if my test strips do not meet the payable guidelines, they will not be returned.
Condition: None of my items are opened, expired, stained, or soiled.
Non-Compliant Items: Items that do not meet our terms will NOT be returned. They will be donated on the seller’s behalf.
